1. Introduction

DArt Apps ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use the Avori AI Prompt Library mobile application (the "App"), package name: com.avori.promptlibrary.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

A. Information You Provide or Create in the App

B. Automatically Collected Information

C. Information Processed for AI Workflow Features

D. Information We Do NOT Intentionally Collect

3. Permissions We Request and Why

You can deny or revoke optional permissions in your device settings. Some features (for example notifications or personalized ads) may be limited without the related permission.

4. How We Use Your Information

5. AI Workflow Features

6. Data Storage and Security

Most user content such as favorites, collections, browsing/copy history, local projects, credit balance as stored by the App, and preferences is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (for example Room database, DataStore, and SharedPreferences).

When AI workflow features are used, related prompts and outputs may also be processed and temporarily retained by our AI backend for generating results and managing usage limits.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Communications with our configuration and AI services are intended to use encrypted transit where HTTPS is enabled. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Local library data remains on your device until you clear it, reset app data, or uninstall the App, unless a feature explicitly uses a third-party online service (ads, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, AI backend, or billing).

7. Data Retention

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your information by:

Uninstalling the App removes locally stored app data from your device, subject to Android system behavior and any data retained by third-party services.

9. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information for money. The App may share limited information with trusted third-party services as needed to operate features you use, including:

These providers may collect and process limited information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, Google Gemini / Google AI privacy documentation.

10. Advertising and Analytics

Free users may see banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ads. Ads may be personalized using your advertising ID where permitted by law and your device settings.

You can limit ad personalization on Android through Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

Premium / credit-based experiences may reduce or remove ads depending on the active purchase status and app configuration. Analytics and crash reporting help us understand app usage and fix issues. Where possible, analytics data is aggregated or anonymized.

11. In-App Purchases, Credits, and Premium

The App may offer optional credit packs and Premium benefits through Google Play. Payment processing is handled by Google Play, not directly by us. We receive purchase status information to unlock features, restore purchases, and manage credits / ad-removal benefits. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.

Free users may also receive limited credits through rewarded ads or daily free allowances, subject to limits configured in the App.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

14. GDPR and CCPA Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

15. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own through third-party service providers such as Google, Meta, and AI providers. These providers may use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
