Account Deletion Overview
We understand that you may want to delete your account and associated data. This page provides clear instructions on how to request account deletion for Slideshow Maker - DPix.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- User profile information
- App preferences and settings
- Usage history and analytics data
- Any cloud-stored content (if applicable)
Note: Photos and videos you created are stored locally on your device and will not be affected by account deletion. You can manually delete them from your device's gallery.
How to Delete Your Account
Since Slideshow Maker - DPix primarily operates as a local app without mandatory account creation, most user data is stored on your device. However, if you wish to remove all app data:
Option 1: Uninstall the App
- Go to your device's Settings
- Navigate to Apps or Application Manager
- Find "Slideshow Maker - DPix"
- Tap on the app
- Select "Uninstall" or "Delete App"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Clear App Data
- Go to your device's Settings
- Navigate to Apps or Application Manager
- Find "Slideshow Maker - DPix"
- Tap on "Storage"
- Select "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache"
- Confirm the action
Option 3: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you have created an account or used cloud features, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Data Deletion Timeline
If you request account deletion via email:
- Immediate: Your account will be deactivated within 24 hours
- 30 Days: All personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems will be deleted within 90 days
What Happens After Deletion?
- You will no longer be able to access your account
- All your preferences and settings will be lost
- You can create a new account at any time
- Locally stored photos and videos remain on your device unless manually deleted
