Most messaging, reminder, and finance-related information is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud inbox and do not upload your SMS or MMS content to our servers.
3. Permissions We Request
- SMS/MMS permissions: Required to send, receive, organize, and manage messages when you use the App as your messaging application.
- Contacts: Used to help you select recipients and display contact names when granted.
- Phone state: Used to support dual-SIM selection where supported by your device.
- Notifications: Used for new message alerts and scheduled reminders.
- Camera: Used only when you attach photos to a message.
- Location: Used only when you choose to share location in a message.
- Biometric: Used when you enable device authentication for sensitive sections such as finance insights.
- Internet and network access: Used for app updates, remote configuration, advertisements, and support links.
- Advertising ID: Used for advertising and measurement when ads are displayed.
4. Default SMS App Role
SMS Organizer can act as your default SMS application on supported Android devices. If you set the App as your default SMS handler, it will access SMS and MMS on your device so you can read, compose, organize, and manage messages through the App.
You can change or remove the default SMS role at any time from your device settings.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide messaging, reminders, local finance insights, notifications, premium features, advertisements, app improvements, and customer support.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your SMS or MMS content.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your messages, reminders, locally generated finance insights, and most app data remain on your device unless you explicitly share content through messaging or device-level sharing features.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to help protect information processed by the App, including local storage, optional biometric protection, and exclusion of app databases from cloud backup where configured.
7. Data Retention
Messaging and reminder data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the App. Anonymous technical information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers' policies.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete your data by deleting conversations or reminders in the App, clearing app storage from Android settings, uninstalling the App, or revoking optional permissions from device settings.
9. Third-Party Services
Our app may use trusted third-party services including:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob
- Meta Audience Network (Facebook Ads)
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Remote Config
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Firebase Analytics (collection may be disabled or limited by app configuration)
These services may process limited technical, diagnostic, or advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies.
10. Advertising and Analytics
The App may display advertisements when ads are enabled and you are not a premium user. Advertising partners may use advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads, subject to your device settings and applicable law.
Crash and performance data helps us identify bugs and improve stability.
11. Premium Purchases
If you purchase premium features through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google. Purchase status may be verified through Google Play billing services to deliver premium benefits such as ad removal.

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
