1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SMS Organizer mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
SMS Organizer is a messaging and organization application designed to help you manage SMS and MMS conversations, categorize messages, search your inbox, create reminders from messages, view locally parsed finance insights, and access optional security and premium features.
3. Messaging and Default SMS Role
SMS Organizer may function as a default SMS application on supported Android devices. If you choose to set it as your default SMS app, you authorize the App to access, send, receive, store, and display SMS and MMS on your device for messaging purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send and receive through the App. You may change or remove the default SMS role at any time through your device settings.
4. Not a Telecom or Emergency Service
The App is a software tool for managing messages on your device. It is not a wireless carrier and must not be used as a substitute for emergency communications.
5. Eligibility and Appropriate Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
6. License to Use
DArt Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use messaging features responsibly and lawfully
- Review message content before sending
- Keep your device and any enabled biometric protections secure
- Respect the privacy and rights of message recipients and contacts
- Ensure you have the right to share any content, attachments, or location data you send
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the App to send spam, harassment, unlawful content, or malicious messages
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App
- Interfere with the App, related services, or other users' devices or networks
- Use automated systems to abuse messaging or advertising features
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App, servers, billing systems, or related infrastructure
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Most messaging and finance-related data is processed locally on your device. We do not sell your SMS or MMS content.
10. Reminders and Finance Insights
Reminders are provided for personal organization only. Finance insights are generated locally from supported SMS transaction messages and are for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice or guaranteed accurate records.
11. Premium Features, Purchases, and Advertising
The App may offer premium subscriptions or one-time purchases. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play unless otherwise stated. Advertisements and third-party links may be shown within the App.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google Play, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Firebase, and support or policy webpages.
13. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, code, text, graphics, features, and functionality, is owned by DArt Apps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14. App Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DArt Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, messages, profits, goodwill, or device-related issues arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, abuse prevention, or if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
