1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Avori AI Prompt Library mobile application (the "App"), package name com.avori.promptlibrary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

Avori AI Prompt Library is an Android application that provides an offline-first library of AI prompts and related organization tools, including search, favorites, collections, and history. The App also includes workflow templates and projects that can generate step-by-step AI results when online, as well as optional advertisements, rewarded experiences, credits, and Premium / in-app purchase features.

3. Eligibility and Appropriate Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is appropriate under the laws applicable to you.

4. License to Use

DArt Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful and legitimate personal use
Review AI-generated and library content before relying on it
Keep your device secure and protect access to the App on your device
Use exported, copied, or shared content responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
Respect the rights, privacy, and safety of others
Avoid submitting sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated information into AI workflows unless you accept the processing described in our Privacy Policy

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the App or related services
Use automated means to misuse the App, scrape the App, or interfere with its operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, servers, or related systems
Circumvent credit limits, ads, billing, or other access controls
Use the App to violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others
Use the App to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content

7. AI Content Disclaimer

Prompt templates, workflow guidance, and AI-generated outputs are provided for general informational and productivity assistance only. They are not professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, tax, or career advice).

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether and how to use any content obtained from the App. Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.

8. User Content and Local Data

Content you create or save in the App (such as favorites, history, projects, and workflow inputs/outputs) is generally stored on your device. When you use AI generation features, related content may be transmitted to our backend and AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain responsibility for the content you enter. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the features you request.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand how data is collected, stored, and used.

10. Premium Features, Credits, Purchases, and Advertising

The App may offer credit packs, Premium benefits, rewarded ads, and advertising-supported access. Billing, restorations, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling are managed by Google Play unless otherwise stated.

Credits, free daily allowances, and ad-removal benefits depend on App configuration and purchase status. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of rewarded ads, credit grants, or any specific AI model/provider.

Advertisements, promotional content, and third-party links may be shown within the App. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, products, or services.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may use or interact with third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Firebase, our ads/configuration backend, and AI providers (for example Google Gemini via our backend). Your interactions with those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, code, text, graphics, prompt catalog presentation, workflow templates, features, and functionality, is owned by DArt Apps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Prompt templates and generated outputs may be used for your personal productivity purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the App’s catalog, branding, or proprietary materials as a competing product or service.

13. App Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the App at any time, including features, content, Premium access, credits, ad behavior, AI providers, and compatibility requirements. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DArt Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or device-related issues arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain App functionality if required by law, technical necessity, store policy, abuse prevention, security concerns, or if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
