4. Eligibility

12. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, code, text, graphics, and features, is owned by DArt Apps or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
13. App Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features, ads, Premium benefits, supported devices, and content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DART APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DEVICE ISSUES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
