1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Gallery - Photo Video, Album mobile application (the "App"), package name com.photo.album.photoeditor.photo.vault.gallery.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
Gallery - Photo Video, Album is an Android application designed to help you browse, organize, and manage photos and videos on your device. Features may include Library and Albums views, time filters, favorites, hidden/private vault, recently deleted, duplicates and large-file utilities, collage tools, slideshow, wallpaper setting, Photos on Map, optional People / face grouping, App Lock, multi-language support, advertisements, and an optional one-time Premium (ad-free) purchase.
3. Eligibility and Appropriate Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is appropriate under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. License to Use
DArt Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful and legitimate personal use
- Grant permissions only when you understand and want the related feature
- Keep your device, screen lock, and any PIN or biometric App Lock / Hidden Folder Lock secure
- Ensure you have the right to view, organize, share, edit, hide, or delete any media you manage through the App
- Use share, wallpaper, collage, and export features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
- Respect the privacy and rights of people who appear in your photos and videos
- Back up important media independently; the App is not a substitute for a full backup solution
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the App or related services
- Use automated means to misuse the App, scrape the App, or interfere with its operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, billing systems, or related infrastructure
- Circumvent ads, Premium status, billing, or other access controls
- Use the App to violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others
- Use the App to store, share, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
7. Media Access, Vault, and Device Features
The App requires media and storage access to display and manage your gallery. Optional features may request location (for map), biometric authentication (for locks), and notifications.
The Hidden Folder / private vault is an on-device convenience feature. It does not guarantee absolute security against sophisticated attacks, loss of device access, or user error. You remain responsible for safeguarding sensitive media and remembering any PIN you set.
Face grouping, duplicate detection, and similar utilities are provided "as is" and may be incomplete or inaccurate depending on device conditions and media quality.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand how information is collected, stored, and used.

9. Premium Purchases and Advertising
The App may offer:
- A one-time Premium (ad-free) in-app purchase
- Banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and app open advertisements for free users
- Optional rewarded experiences (for example continue-with-ads style flows where configured)
Billing, refunds, and payment disputes for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play unless otherwise required by law. Advertisements and third-party promotional content may appear in the free version of the App. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or offers.
Premium benefits primarily remove ads as described in the App. Feature availability may vary by version and remote configuration.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may use or link to third-party services such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging), Google Maps, Google ML Kit, and Google Play Billing. Your interaction with those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
11. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, code, text, graphics, features, and functionality, is owned by DArt Apps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Your photos and videos remain yours. You grant DArt Apps only the limited rights needed to operate the features you request on your device (for example displaying thumbnails or applying edits you initiate).
12. App Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the App at any time, including features, ads, Premium benefits, supported devices, and content. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that media management, vault security, map accuracy, face grouping, duplicate detection, collage results, or any other feature will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DART APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, MEDIA FILES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DEVICE ISSUES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
You are solely responsible for backing up important photos and videos and for verifying destructive actions such as delete or empty recycle bin.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain App functionality if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, abuse prevention, or if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
