1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Quantio: AI Object Counter mobile application (the "App"), package name com.count.ai.scan.objectcount.counter.app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About the App
The App provides tools to:
- Browse object categories and recognition models
- Capture photos with the camera or import images from your gallery
- Detect and count objects using on-device machine learning and/or cloud AI (when enabled)
- View annotated results, confidence information, and detection summaries
- Save scan history, favorites, and share results
- Use optional credits, rewarded ads, and in-app purchases / Premium features
- Customize language, theme, and optional biometric lock settings
3. Informational Use and Accuracy Disclaimer
The App is provided for general convenience, productivity, education, and informational purposes. Object detection counts, labels, confidence scores, and AI outputs are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
The App is not a substitute for professional inventory auditing, quality control certification, safety inspection, medical diagnosis, legal advice, or other professional services. Always verify important results independently before relying on them.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. License to Use
DArt Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App lawfully and responsibly
- Review and verify detection/count results before relying on them
- Grant permissions only when you understand and want the related feature
- Avoid uploading unlawful, harmful, infringing, or highly sensitive images
- Keep your device and any enabled biometric lock secure
- Comply with Google Play terms and applicable laws
- Not misuse credits, ads, purchases, or AI features
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App except where allowed by law
- Use the App to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App, servers, APIs, or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its networks
- Use automated tools to abuse ads, credits, purchases, or app functionality
- Upload or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Misrepresent AI or detection outputs as certified professional results
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Camera, Gallery, and AI Processing
Camera and gallery access are used to obtain images for object detection and counting. Depending on configuration:
- Processing may occur on your device (for example, with Google ML Kit)
- Processing may use cloud AI providers (for example, Google Gemini or OpenAI), which requires internet access and transmission of image data needed to generate results
You are responsible for the images you capture or import and for how you use the App’s outputs.
10. Credits, Premium, Purchases, and Advertising
The App may offer:
- Free credits and rewarded ads to earn additional credits (subject to daily limits)
- Credit packs and/or Premium benefits through Google Play Billing
- Banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open advertisements for free users
Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play unless otherwise required by law. Advertisements and third-party promotional content may appear in the free version of the App. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or offers.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Firebase, Google ML Kit, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and our configuration/catalog backend. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of third-party providers.
12. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, code, text, graphics, catalogs, and features, is owned by DArt Apps or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Images you capture or import remain your responsibility. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process those images solely as needed to provide the App’s features.
13. App Availability and Updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features, models, catalogs, ads, credits, Premium benefits, supported devices, and content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DART APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, INVENTORY ERRORS, OR DEVICE ISSUES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if required by law, app store policy, security concerns, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
